FUNfitness is designed to assess and improve flexibility, functional strength and balance; to educate participants, families and coaches about the importance of flexibility, strength and balance; and to provide a hands-on opportunity for participants to learn about physical therapy.

Volunteers would assist in the "FUNFitness" screening. Volunteers may help with check in/out, logistics, scribe for Physical Therapists, education stations, and other duties as assigned. Preferred volunteers: Physical therapists, physical therapy students, physical therapy assistants, and physical therapy assistant students.

Please note you will receive full training the morning of the screening.
Population served: Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A t-shirt, snacks and lunch will be provided.
