Volleyball, Refreshment Support, Dixie Center

For this opportunity, volunteers will complete the following:

• Check in at the Refreshment Table at the northwest side of the Volleyball event.
• You will find your Huntsman volunteer t-shirts in an envelope in the box containing the supplies under the table.  Please wear the shirt during your shift.  If you have multiple shifts, please pick up only one shirt.
• Two volunteers will work at the table during each shift
• Table setup includes a tablecloth with three fruit bowls placed on top. Also a sign that says the fruit is for athletes only.   
• Fruit may be loaded into the bowls from the boxes hidden under the table.  The bowls are filled with apples, oranges, and bananas. Refill as necessary
• Keep the fruit boxes under the table behind the tablecloth. 
• As Volleyball plays through the end of the games, there is no need to put everything away at the end of the day.   Just put extra fruit back under the table for the night
• There will be one water/ice cooler at the fruit table and four other coolers along the East wall.  Usually at the end of each shift, check each cooler to make sure there is plenty of water and ice as well as cups on the tables.  More water and ice can be located at the back hallway of the DC. 
• Please plan to update each shift volunteer as you leave and someone else comes on.
