Information Desk & Sports Lounge, Dixie Center

Join our dynamic team as a volunteer at the Information and Help Desk during the Huntsman World Senior Games! In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to source for athletes needing assistance and information. Your duties will include serving at the Information Desk or Sports Lounge, where you'll help athletes with a variety of queries and provide them with essential information. Your contribution will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth running of the Games and creating a memorable experience for all participants.  You will report to the Information Desk at the Northwest end of the main corridor for your shift.  Parking is located on the Northeast side of the Dixie Center in the rear, north of the employee parking lot.

• Knowledgeable: Attend training sessions to understand policies, registration processes, and triage questions related to specific sports, directing queries to appropriate sports directors when necessary.

Requirements:

• Volunteers are expected to register for 3 different shifts per week.
• Shifts are typically 4 hours long and are not full-day commitments.
• Please add a comment to your registration if you have a preference for serving at the Information Desk or in the Sports Lounge.
