If you're searching for an excuse to get outside every week and get your hands dirty, here it is! Volunteers work alongside Parks Gardeners, gaining skills and knowledge in caring for and maintaining garden beds. Projects include weeding, transplanting, pruning, soil testing, and more.
Volunteer Gardeners meet Thursdays and Saturdays from 9:00am to 10:30am. We ask for a commitment of at least 90 minutes (one session) per week to participate. Prior gardening experience is encouraged, but not required. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old to participate.
