Description:

A Dispatcher is responsible for answering incoming calls and communicating with mobile units (drivers) to ensure they receive any important messages.  They will work to resolve any logistical problems that arise such as traffic or other delays.  A Dispatcher will also be responsible for updating booking calendars with up-to-date information and notifying drivers of their assignments.
