Event Description:

What do you see as you take a hike up into the mountains, and why is it there?

Join Davie Black, Access & Conservation Officer with Mountaineering Scotland, for an exploration of landscape and wildlife, with current challenges and opportunities for shaping the land.

Also, as part of Mountaineering Scotland’s #TakItHame campaign we will collect what litter we see as we go – going that wee bit further and bringing back more than we took out.

The walk will take place up Craigellachie, in Aviemore.

Please bring food and drink, wear grippy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. All those aged 16 and over welcome.
