Description:

Volunteers meet virtually with students in grade 1-7 for one hour per week to work on:

  • resume building
  • assist immigrant children with homework (English, Math)
  • practice soft skills with technology including zoom
  • social connections with youth who are newcomers 
  • contribute the development of children and youth.

Volunteer would speak English.  Secondary languages are welcome but not necessary.   Volunteers will fulfil required hours for high school graduation and boost college or university's applications.
