Age Requirements

Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age to participate and youth under the age of 17 must have a Parental Consent for Medical Authorization form signed by a parent or guardian on file. An adult supervisor MUST accompany anyone under the age of 15 and assume responsibility for youth in compliance with the conditions delineated. Groups of minors must maintain at least a 1:4 ratio of adults to youth. Volunteers must be at least 18 to unload donations from the ReStore truck.

Tasks

Please be prepared to perform some heavy lifting.  If you’re unable to perform lifting tasks, notify the staff.  We do not want you to get hurt!   Bring your own work gloves, if you have them. ReStore projects on any given day may include: donation intake, preparing donations to be sold, checking the working conditions of donations, merchandising, organizing products and cleaning.
