Golf - Prineville - Meadow Lakes Golf Course - 2024

Join us for a day out on the greens! This is one of two regional golf competitions across the state. Athletes compete in individual skills and 9 & 18 holes of golf.  As a volunteer you can register to help with:

• General Support: Assist with set up or tear down of event, water stations, lunches, and awards if needed.
• Individual Skills Competition - Athletes with lower ability levels have been training and will compete in each of the individual golf skills.  The competition is set up in skills stations and the athletes rotate from one skill to the next.  Volunteers assist at each skill station.
• Walking Scorekeeper for 9 or 18 holes - Each volunteer is paired with a group of 2-4 athletes.  You will walk the course with your group and keep score.  It's a great way to connect with our athletes!
• Awards - Volunteers will tally scores, prepare awards trays and assist with presentation.

Due to the nature of sports, times of volunteer shifts could change slightly closer to the competition. You'll receive volunteer shift email reminders a few days leading up to the event with your finalized shift time. Your flexibility is appreciated!

 

You must be 16 years or older to volunteer independently. Children 12 – 15 years old must volunteer with an adult.
