Athletics - Salem - Willamette Univ. McCulloch Stadium -2024

Join us for an exciting day of track & field! This is one of four regional Athletics competitions across the state. Athletes compete in various track and field events. Volunteer positions include timers, runners, field support, escorts, staging, results, awards, and lunch distribution.

• Timers: Record athlete times for track events.
• Runners: Bring times/scores to awards tents between events.
• Field Support: Assist with field events: measuring & officiating jumps & throws.
• Escorts: Walking athletes to awards upon completion of an event.
• Staging: Checking in athletes and walking athletes to starting positions.
• Results: Receive and record athlete results.  

Due to the nature of sports, times of volunteer shifts could change slightly closer to the competition. You'll receive volunteer shift email reminders the days leading up to the event with your finalized shift time. Your flexibility is appreciated!

 

You must be 16 years or older to volunteer independently. Children 12 – 15 years old must volunteer with an adult. Thank you for your understanding.
