Join us for a fun-filled memorable day at Mt. Hood Meadows! We are so excited to partner with Mt. Hood Meadows again to present the second annual Polar Plunge at the Pond Skim! Last year was so much fun, and we can't wait for year two!

 

Volunteer Roles Include: (lunch provided)

• Selling raffle tickets: Before and during the Pond Skim you'll roam the crowd to sell raffle tickets. (Must be comfortable with sales & handling cash/credit cards, and at least 18 years old.)
• Plunge registration: Register plungers on-site at the registration tent. (Must be comfortable handling cash/credit cards and at least 18 years old.)
• We hope you'll join us for the full day! Though, if you are just available for a 1/2 day volunteer shift, please reach out to jmayfield@soor.org.

This super fun event is in the base area where spectators gather to watch costumed competitors fly across a pond filled with water. The Pond Skim will start around 10 am with the SOOR Polar Plunge concluding the day (roughly around 3:30 pm)!
