Description:

Mobile Markets (formally Mobile Pantries) are specially equipped trucks that distribute non-perishable goods as well as fresh produce and meat to locations without brick-and-mortar pantries. Volunteers are needed to distribute food to visitors.

 

Volunteer tasks will include:

  • Setting up tables and unloading food
  • Supporting with check-in
  • Passing out products and assisting individuals getting food into their vehicles

Volunteer Requirements:

  • Ages 12 and older
  • Ability to lift over 30 pound boxes
  • Able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Able to follow all safety and food safety instructions
  • Able to work independently and follow directions

All Volunteers must wear closed-toe shoes.
