Wildlife Camera Trapping Workshop


  


Event Description:

Learn how to use camera traps to discover the hidden wildlife out there!

 

This in depth training session, suitable for beginners or those looking to improve their skill, will cover:

 

  • How cameras work
  • Ethics & legalities
  • Field craft & good techniques
  • Species specifics & common mistakes
  • Analysing  results

 

The afternoon will involve an indoor classroom session followed by an outdoor give it a go session. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided!

 

What to bring

Walking on forest trails in low levels of light will be required – please wear sensible footwear & suitable clothing for weather.

 

Who can come?

Under 16’s need to be accompanied by responsible adult, we ask that everyone attending is at least 12 years of age.
