2024 State Summer Games - Lunch Preparation & Distribution

Our athletes, unified partners, coaches, and volunteers need to be fed well to compete and support our games. This is where you come in! Please come help make our teams' and volunteers' experience a great one! 

 

Lunch will be provided! 

 

Lunch Preparation: 

 

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday we are in need of volunteers to help prepare lunches at RMC campus. 

 

• Wednesday May 15th - 7:30am-9:30am - 25 volunteers to make lunches, pack into boxes by amount per team, label the boxes, and pass on to the distribution team. 
• Thursday May 16th - 7:30am-9:30am - 25 volunteers to make lunches, pack into boxes by amount per team, label the boxes by team, and pass on to the distribution team. 
• Friday May 16th - 7:30am-9:30am - 25 volunteers to make lunches, pack into boxes by amount per team, label the boxes by team, and pass on to the distribution team. 

 

Offsite Lunch Delivery: 

 

We are also looking for volunteers to help distribute lunches off-site to our volunteers on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

 

These volunteers will meet at the Bair Family Student Center (Back Door), load lunches into their vehicles, and deliver to various competition locations in Billings.

 

A vehicle(s) with the ability to transport 3-5 large boxes of lunches is needed. Dollys or wagons are also encouraged to transport lunches to the Volunteer Check-In Table on site. 

 

• May 15th - 10:00am-11:00am - 2 volunteers to deliver lunches to MetraPark Upper Parking Lot (Cycling) and MSUB Rec Center Gym/Pool (Swimming).  
• May 15th - 10:00am-11:00am - 2 volunteers to deliver lunches to Magic City Gymnastics (Gymnastics) and West High Track (Athletics). 
• May 16th - 10:00am-11:00am - 2 volunteer to delivery lunches to Par 3 Golf Course (Golf). 
• May 17th - 10:00am-11:00am - 2 Volunteers to deliver lunches to West High Track (Athletics). 

 

Team Lunch Distribution: 

 

Team Lunches will be distributed out the back door of the Bair Family Student Center on Rocky Mountain Campus.

 

Team Lunch Distribution volunteers will ask the pick-up person their name and phone number, write the name/phone number down next to the team's name on the pick-up list, and help the team representative get the lunches to their vehicle. Wagons will be provided.

 

Teams do not need lunch tickets, but the team rep will need to provide their name, phone number, and team name at lunch pick up. 

 

Each team will send someone to pick up their team lunches. 

 

• May 15th - 10:30am-1:30pm - RMC Bair Family Student Center - Back Door 
• May 16th - 10:30am-1:30pm - RMC Bair Family Student Center - Back Door 
• May 17th - 10:30am-1:30pm - RMC Bair Family Student Center - Back Door
