Description:

As a member of the awards team at one of our sports venues, you will work with your Awards Captain to oversee the awards process at your venue.

You will have the unique opportunity to watch athletes and unified partners smiling faces as they are presented with their awards after competition.

Responsibilities will include:

Set up awards area (tables, signage, chairs for spectators, awards signage podiums, PA systems).
Manage organization of medals and ribbons to be awarded and keep them in their award foam holders until ready to present.
Calculate final scores for awards per division and help stage athletes in the correct order for their division to receive their awards.
Provide help organizing gear at the end of the awards ceremony and with clean-up.
