Our mission at Second Harvest is to create pathways to nutritious food in our community. Be a part of the mission to end hunger in our region!
Overall program description: Second Harvest is launching a new educational volunteer program for children. The topics will include nutrition and food groups, what is hunger and how I can help, and introduction to food banks. In addition, they will have the opportunity to tour the facility to learn what types of food are stored at Second Harvest and are available to community members. |
