Description:
Join staff in removing invasive, non-native plant species from Horseshoe Farm Nature Preserve.

Volunteers under the age of 12 will not be able to use hand tools to cut away invasive plants, but will be able to help drag them out and pile them up. Invasive species out-compete the native plants that animals rely on for food and shelter. By removing these problem plants, we are giving our native plant and animal species a chance to thrive.
