Bugs & Gardening Summer Camp O.P.

Event Description:

 

Explore and learn all about bugs, plants and gardening with fun hands-on activities, creative art projects, crafts, songs, nature activities, and stories too. Each day of camp we will enjoy fun new activities that explore bug & garden themed projects. Some of these fun activities include making your own "pet rock", learning about the life cycle of a butterfly, singing the Itsy Bitsy spider and reading all about The Hungry Caterpillar. Children will decorate their own flower pot, plant seeds, make their own bird feeder, and design a stepping stone for your garden! We will learn all about the parts of a plant and what a plant needs to grow. . Some of the new craft projects will include make your own puppets, creating a clay sculpture, making our own puzzles and so much more! Your little one will experience the adventures of life in the garden. 

 

Volunteer will assist instructor at this camp for children 4-7 years of age. You must sign up for the entire camp. You must be 13 years of age or older.
