The HabiJax ReStore on 103rd Street is a 28,000 sq. ft. home improvement retail outlet and an important part of the HabiJax ministry. New and gently used building materials, cabinets, appliances, furniture, lighting and accessories are donated by local individuals and businesses. The items are then sold to the public at reduced prices. Items that would typically end up in a landfill are given a second chance!
ReStore volunteers carry out tasks such as unloading trucks, processing donations, moving items onto the sales floor, pricing items, stocking items, cleaning, organizing, and providing customer service. The ReStore is a busy operation and we need your help! When you donate your time to the ReStore you still help build houses; all proceeds from the store go back to HabiJax to build and renovate affordable housing for homeownership!
