Description:

Special Olympics Florida athletes will compete in the Area 6 Coastal Stand Up Paddleboard Competition on Saturday, June 8. Volunteers are needed to help with escorting athletes, awards and more.

Volunteers are also needed in the water, to help as water marshals and starters - for those volunteers, we look for paddlers with experience and that are comfortable in the water. 

 

Volunteers will receive: 

  • A FREE Special Olympics White T-Shirt
  • FREE Lunch
  • A record of community service hours

Volunteer Requirements: 

  • Complete a Class B form - this will be emailed to all registrants prior to the event
  • Bring a photo ID to the event
  • Volunteers under 15 MUST be accompanied by an adult
