Description:

Special Olympics Florida athletes will compete in the Area 2 Swimming Competition on Sunday, August 4. Volunteers are needed to help with set up, water and lunch distribution, assist swimmers on lanes, score runners, staging, stop watch timekeepers, and more.

 

Location: 

Leach Center at Florida State University 

118 Varsity Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32304

 

Volunteers will receive: 

  • A FREE Special Olympics T-Shirt
  • A record of community service hours upon request.
  • Free lunch

Volunteer Requirements: 

  • Complete a Class B Volunteer Form
  • Bring a photo ID to the event
  • Volunteers under 15 MUST be accompanied by an adult
