Packard Proving Grounds hosts many weddings throughout the year, and as a volunteer it's fun to be a part of this very special day for the couples.  We are in need of pleasant and friendly volunteers to help support our staff during the event to provide an excellent client experience. 

 

New Volunteers - Shadow Opportunity 

If you are a new volunteer to Packard Proving Grounds, you can register to "shadow" one of our experienced Assistants to gain hands on experience.  

 

Assistant Duties:  

• General supervision over the Packard Proving Grounds
• Provide tours for guests of the Packard Proving Grounds
• Restocking bathroom supplies as needed
• Available to answer any questions or concerns during the event
• Other general duties

Parking Attendant Duties:

*This is an outdoor activity, so please dress for the weather.  

• Place parking signs in designated areas 
• Direct traffic for parking 

Greeter Duties: 

*This is an outdoor activity, so please dress for the weather.

• Greet guests and direct them to event entrance

Age Restriction:  Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age
