Looking for a gentle and rejuvenating way to stay active and centered this summer? Try Chair Yoga, a soothing and inclusive program designed to promote flexibility, strength, and peace of mind for older adults.

Volunteers will assist the presenter with set up and directing patrons during the event. 

This event requires:

  • An up-to-date background check if over 18
  • Age 16+
