Help us celebrate Historic Walnford on Sunday May 19th!

(ages 16 & up)

 

Walnford Day is an annual event which celebrates the 200 years of history that Walnford encompasses through wagon rides, historic house and gristmill tours, and a variety of historical demonstrations. 

 

Volunteer Assistance is needed with:

 

  • Historic Lawn Games: 18th & 19th century children's games including tops, stick horses, ring toss, graces, and more!
  • Pie Eating contest: Help with setup, judging, and clean-up
  • Wagon Rides: Greeting visitors and directing the line for the ride
  • Refreshment Table: Handing out free snacks, manning a donation bin, and refilling fresh lemonade

 

Report to Information/Volunteers table to sign in and confirm your assignment.

 

Please dress in your Volunteer T-Shirt and wear your name tag.
