Ride Along Outreach May 4th
Description:

Ride with our Mission staff and help us with our outreach ministry! We will drive and make our rounds handing out essential items to people in need. We will provide our compassion cards to hand out along with other essential kits. Please do not wear flashy jewelry, wear tennis shoes only, dress down and comfortable and dress accordioning to the weather.

 

We also encourage you to bring items to hand out! This is an option, please let the volunteer coordinator know what you plan on bringing. Some ideas would be: care kits; wipes; granola bars; bottled water; bible verse note cards etc.

 

Safety Procedure


    • Be aware of your surroundings.
    • When denied help, don’t push it.
    • One staff will stand back to observe for our safety.
    • If anyone does not feel safe our safe-word is "Steve ‘s Calling “and we will depart.
    • Never walk up to a dwelling of any type, we call them out.
