Description:

Join us for our first annual Special Olympics Minnesota Open! We will be at Majestic Oaks Golf Course on Monday, July 22nd to raise funds and awareness for SOMN and we need volunteers!

 

Set Up Volunteers will assist with set up in banquet room, greens and tee boxes.

 

Registration Volunteers: Assist with checking in our golfers

 

Game Support Volunteers: Assist with leading a game on one of the holes! 

 

SOMN Athlete Game Support Volunteers: For our SOMN Athletes to assist with games on the holes! 

 

Raffle Support/Take Down: Assist with handing out gifts, support during the raffle and take down!

 

Volunteer Age Requirements

  • Volunteers 15+ can volunteer by themselves. 
  • 12-14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or chaperone (18+) at a ration of one adult for every 3 children. 
  • 11 and younger are not given volunteer roles & please do not register them for any position. They are welcomed and encouraged to be cheerleaders as long as they are accompanied by a chaperone (18+).

No experience is needed, just a positive attitude and a willingness to make a difference at an event that has a huge impact! We hope to see you there!
