Role description: Join our Cascade team as a volunteer and help set up the Flying Wheels start line. Tasks include site set up, answering rider questions, day-of registration and everything in between.

 

Coffee and breakfast will be provided.

 

Tasks we’ll need help with:

  Site setup and breakdown - Help setup and breakdown the tables, canopy, and bike stand a-frame. During the event you’ll help with other tasks. May have to lift 40 lbs.

  Bib pickup - Hand out packets to pre-registered riders and answer general ride questions. We will also be reassigning bibs to registered riders who did not receive their bibs in the mail in time.

  Directing riders - You’ll be positioned in different places around the start line helping manage lines for packet pickup, directing riders to the staged start, and answering general questions

 

Youth Policy: We ask that youth under the age of 15 years old be accompanied by a parent or guardian who can supervise tasks and that you contact the event organizer beforehand to verify the availability of child friendly positions.
