Live Healthy Gwinnett will be hosting a community health fair on Saturday, May 11th from 10:00am to 1:00pm at Lucky Shoals Park Community Recreation Center. We’re excited about organizing a community health fair to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month and to promote the importance of health and wellness education amongst residents in Gwinnett County. We are currently looking for volunteers to help us in setting up and resetting for this event.
This opportunity requires physical demands such as lifting heavy objects (e.g., tables and chairs), standing for long periods of time, and repeatedly bending at the waist. All Gwinnett County volunteers are required to agree and complete the WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE form. Please complete and send the form below to the Project/Event Organizer via email or have your waiver signed and ready to be turned in at the volunteer event.
