TUSD 2024-2025 Volunteer Registration!

Hello Parents/Caregivers,

 

If you would like to continue to be an active TUSD Volunteer, you must register for this event.

 

Once your background check is cleared for the upcoming school year, you will receive a welcome email that will include your updated volunteer status, Volunteer A or B.

 

Volunteers Levels are as follows:

Level A: Volunteers working under the direct supervision of a TUSD staff member. 

-Volunteer Guideline Form

-Worker Compensation Form

Level B: Volunteers participating in activities that are NOT supervised by a TUSD staff member. 

-Volunteer Guideline Form

-Worker Compensation Form

-Live Scan Form

Level D: Volunteers anticipating to drive students to/from TUSD events

-Volunteer Guideline Form

-Worker Compensation Form

-Live Scan Form

-Declaration Form

-Volunteer Driver Certification Form

 

Level A, B, D Volunteers do not need to resubmit the Volunteer Guidelines or Worker Compensation Form if you already completed it. If you have not completed it, turn this into District Office or School Site Secretary.

 

The Level B & D Volunteers have been fingerprinted by our district, do not need to repeat the Live Scan process every school year.

 

However, Level D Volunteers are required to resubmit a Volunteer Driver Certification Form, copy of Driver License, and the most current Declarations Page to keep their status as Level D Volunteer. If not completed,  you will then become a Level B Volunteer for the 2023-2024 School Year.
