Description:

We grow veggies for the Food Bank.  Tasks vary depending on the time of year but include planning, planting, watering, weeding, fertilizing, harvesting, prepping harvest for delivery to the Food Bank, and other duties as needed.  This year we will also be building new raised beds.  If there isn't enough to do for the Food Bank Garden, we help with maintaining the Dirt Works Garden.

 

If you have a hand spades/trowel, snips, bypass pruners and the like, please bring them with you for use at the garden.  We have a few extra garden tools, but not enough to for all of our volunteers.
