The WI PRSL CHAPTER is teaming up with The Save The Turf Foundation and The City of Greenfield! As a volunteer, you will be asking attendees to join the national bone marrow registry as the TOP priority, along with handing out some of our free mental health and harm reduction resources. We will also have opportunities for merch for donation at these events. -----------------------------
VOLUNTEER CHECK IN:
Please arrive at the scheduled time below. THIS is to give proper time for training and it is incredibly hard to get you in after the event starts.

Never take and/or share pictures of any passes or credentials for security reasons.

VOLUNTEER ETIQUETTE:
Prior to doors stay with your team.
There is to be no alcohol consumed while you are volunteering.
Behave in a professional manner at all times.
As a volunteer you can not reserve seating unless you have also purchased a ticket.
Please forward any awesome ideas to us so we can implement them at the next show. We have a director of artist and venue relations who communicates with bands/staff/venues/etc.
If someone is rude, offensive, negative or bringing unwanted attention to the table you can ask them to leave. Your lead or a security staff person is always there to support you." |
