One Saturday every month, volunteers help pack over 1,550 boxes for senior citizens (age 60 and over) in our community. Each supplemental box is designed to meet the nutritional needs of seniors. It features items such as cereal, juice, peanut butter and cheese.

The boxes are put on a roller belt and slid from volunteer to volunteer. Each volunteer places their item in the box and passes it on. The boxes are quality checked at the end of the line and put on a pallet. We also have a need for some able-bodied volunteers, able to bend and lift up to 32 pounds to replenish products used on the assembly line. There is some clean-up after all of the boxes are packed.
