Opportunity Details | UCLA Clarkia Festival

Opportunity Name:
UCLA Clarkia Festival

Description:

The Clarkia Festival on May 18 has been canceled by the organizers due to safety concerns. Unfortunately, this means that our outreach at the event is also canceled. We appreciate your interest in volunteering with us, and hope to offer similar opportunities in the future.

The Clarkia Festival is dedicated to building community spirit, celebrating nature, and supporting local businesses. With engaging activities for all ages, the festival serves as a platform to connect participants with nature, impart knowledge about the environment, and create lasting memories.

On May 18, TPF will be hosting an outreach table at this free, family-friendly festival. Located in the Mathias Botanical Garden, staff and volunteers will be surrounded by blooming flowers all-day.

We're looking for volunteers to support TPF staff at our booth by engaging festival visitors with enthusiasm for native plants and TPF's mission. Shifts are split into half-days so volunteers can explore and enjoy the festival if they wish.
