Host Church: The Village Church - Southlake

Party Date/Time: Monday, December 7 - 6:00pm*

This year Night of Hope parties will be held as a Drive-Thru style event! We will bring all the fun and excitement of the experience to each family in a creative way.

At your selected Night of Hope event, you may be asked to serve in one of the following volunteer roles:

  • Hosts (Bilingual volunteers desperately needed!)
  • Greeters
  • Registration/Family Check-In (Bilingual volunteers needed!)
  • Snack/Hospitality Team
  • Gift/Meal Distribution Team (Bilingual volunteers needed!)
  • Parking Team

For a brief description of each volunteer role, click here. We ask that you please become familiar with each of the roles listed. Since every role is important, we appreciate your flexibility and willingness to serve where needed!

*Planning note: Volunteers are typically asked to arrive 30-60 minutes early to be in place when families arrive.

Due to the nature of the event, Night of Hope volunteers are required to have an approved HEB ISD background check.

Please take a few minutes to submit your HEB ISD background check: HEB ISD Volunteer Background Check Form. You will receive an email from the district confirming your background check submission and status. Please note that HEB ISD does not require Night of Hope Volunteers to obtain a volunteer ID badge.

Please mark your calendar for BOTH your party date and Pod Inventory.

Training Date: Night of Event unless otherwise stated by Host Church

Pod Inventory: Saturday, December 5, 9am

    • POD Inventory from approximately 9am-Noon.  We will inventory gifts to make sure every child has one!

Is there an age limit for those volunteering?
Adults and children can volunteer for Night of Hope. Children and adults 12 and older are able to volunteer for Night of Hope on their own, and you would register them here for one of the open parties. For younger, elementary school-aged children, please register for any school other than the one they attend to help protect the anonymity of their classmates and the families who will be attending.
