Special Events Support

Packard Proving Grounds hosts many special events throughout the year such as birthday parties, showers and business meetings.  As a volunteer it's fun to be a part of the parties! We are in need of pleasant and friendly volunteers to help in several areas during the event to provide an excellent client experience. 

 

New Volunteers: 

If you are a new volunteer to Packard Proving Grounds and this is your first-time volunteering with us, please email  marci@packardprovinggrounds.org to schedule a time to "shadow" staff at one of our events before volunteering.  

 

There are 2 volunteer opportunities we are providing for this event.  These include: 

 

1. PIC (Person in Charge):  A PIC is a volunteer who has been trained by PPG staff and is qualified to be in charge of the event.   If you are interested in becoming a PIC, please email marci@packardprovinggrounds.org   

 

2. Assistant:  Assistants will be helping the PIC volunteer with the following duties: 

• General supervision over the Packard Proving Grounds
• Restocking bathroom supplies as needed
• Available to answer any questions or concerns during the event
• Other general clean-up duties

Age Restriction:  Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age
