Description:

Educational Alliance invites you to participate in our third annual CelebratEArts Festival throughout the month of May, to honor older adults who bring color, creativity, and compassion to our community through their varied artistic endeavors.

 

We are seeking volunteers to support some of our CelebratEArts events! This is a great opportunity to give back to Older Adults in our community, and support their artistic and cultural endeavors. 

 

Please note there are three dates available with opportunities to help (sign-up for one or multiple!):

  • Friday, May 3rd: Gallery Opening & Meet the Artist (Manny Cantor Center Gallery). Volunteers will be helping with set up, serving refreshments, signing people in and sharing information on upcoming CelebratEArts programming.
  • Friday, May 24th and Saturday, May 25th: Mainstage Showcase & Reception (14th Street Y Theater). The flagship event of CelebratEArts that showcases performers from all of our Older Adult programs. Volunteers will be helping with set up, serving refreshments, ticketing, handing out programs and ushering people to their seats.
