Opportunity Details | New Volunteer Orientation 2024
Opportunity Name:
New Volunteer Orientation 2024 |
|
Description:
The first step to becoming a volunteer at Saint John's is to attend an orientation.
You will learn more about Saint John’s Program and how volunteers play a key role in helping us create real change in Sacramento. We will give you a tour of our facility and show you the different areas where you can volunteer as well as let you know how to sign up for shifts and become a committed volunteer here at Saint John’s.
If you are 18 years of age or older: We ask for you to be fingerprinted for a background check. You will be sent a form ahead of time with the option to complete your Live Scan at Capital Live Scan before or after your orientation experience. We thank you in advance for helping make Saint John’s a safe and secure campus.
We also ask that you read our Waiver & Release of Liability form and check the box confirming that you agree to the terms. You do not need to provide a paper copy of this if you are over 18.
You will need to have a Waiver & Release of Liability form signed by a parent or guardian. Please print the waiver found on our site, have it signed and bring it with you to orientation.
Volunteer Profile: If you have not created a volunteer profile yet, you will be prompted to do so before you can register for New Volunteer Orientation. Once you complete your profile, you will be directed in how to register for New Volunteer Orientation. |
