Service Project Details

Description: Various churches in the Diocese of Kalamazoo sponsor Caring Network's Parish Playpen to collect needed donations for the women and children receiving services at the agency. New and gently loved items, such as clothing, hygiene, diapers, blankets, detergent, etc., are collected by parishioners and distributed in the Caring Closet at Caring Network. Volunteers are needed to help set up/tear down/transport donations to Caring Network on a regular basis.

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours a month.

Required skill/training: Use of personal vehicle to pick up/set up/transport playpen and donations to Caring Network on a monthly basis.
