Volunteer coaches and officials shall encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and game officials. They shall know the important principles of the sport and strive to provide proper coaching that improve skill and character while maintaining a safe environment for all participants. YMCA Volunteer Training and CPR certified are required for this position. Volunteer age requirement: 18 and older |
