                                      Volunteer Job Description

 

Position Title: Nurse Practitioner

 

Program: Catholic Charities Medical Services

St. Thomas Aquinas Medical Clinic

510 Brown Chapel Rd.

St. Cloud, FL. 34769

 

Responsibilities:

·         To see patients.

·         This will be discussed with the Clinic Manager.

 

Qualifications:

·         * Nurse Practitioner working or retired.

·        * A willingness to interact with people from different cultures.

·        *  Needs to work patiently with people with limited English ability.

·        * Will need to be fingerprinted and have a security clearance completed.

·        *  At least 6 months or 72 hours of volunteer commitment.

Training:

·         Attend training at St. Thomas Aquinas Medical Clinic.

·         Complete the Diocese's Safety Environment Course and Fingerprints.

 

 Scheduling:

·         On Wednesday evenings when available.
