Provide assistance and encouragement for participants of all fitness levels, helping them to become successful and achieve their goals on the road to better health and well-being. Opportunities include but are not limited to group exercise ambassador, department assistant, active older adults, and weight room attendant. Knowledge of health and fitness preferred. Additional YMCA Volunteer Training and/or CPR certification may required depending on the position. Volunteer age requirement: 18 and older |
