Description:

This is an ongoing project to assist landowners who allow public access.  Primary goals focus on habitat enhancements on private lands and access site maintenance. Examples of work include tree/shrub plantings, wildlife food plot plantings, posting of access sites with posts and signs, trash cleanup, and weed control.

 

Once a list of interested volunteers is developed, volunteers will be notified by email when assistance is needed or projects are occurring. Please contact Private Lands Biologist Dean Nizer (Dean.nizer@dfw.wa.gov) to learn more about opportunities.
