Service Project Details

We need ongoing volunteers to help maintain our Outdoor Classroom and Interpretive Trail on the Catawba River in Fort Lawn, SC. Trail Keepers would do the following:

Monthly site visit and inspection with basic trail maintenance as able
Removal of downed limbs, growth, or other impediments to the trail
Weed pulling/spraying of trail as needed
General trash pick-up on the property
Cleaning of signage as needed
Inspections of signs, benches, picnic tables, and other public use items for damage or needed repairs
