Service Project Details

Each individual campground host is expected to complete 20 hours each week (per person). Duties may include:

Maintaining campground cleanliness. This can include, mowing and weed-eating, landscaping as needed, cleaning restrooms, cleaning fire rings, and trash pickup. Patoka Lake Staff will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Be available to answer questions that campers may have throughout the season.
Communicate with Patoka Lake Staff regarding any issues that require more attention/work.
Individuals with specialized maintenance experience will have the opportunity to work with our DNR maintenance team. Skills may include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
Must be 18 years or older.
Four full hookup sites available. Can stay on a monthly basis or longer.
