We are back at Battery Lewis this winter cleaning invasives off of this area. After an extensive clean out last winter, this winter will be just a clean up of what growth came back. Once Battery Lewis is cleaned up we will start on Battery 2019. This smaller bunker, further down the hill, is in great need of care. We will begin vegetation removal this winter.
We meet every Thursday from 10am-12pm.
Volunteer tee-shirts and name tags will be provided. Dress for the weather; wear layers, boots and work gloves. If you have bypass pruners and loppers, please bring them.
Park at the Rocky Point Parking lot.
