Special Olympics Florida provides year-round sports training and athletic competitions in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. 

 

We rely on more than 38,000 volunteers each year, who serve as coaches, help with events, assist on committees, and so much more. Help athletes achieve their dreams, volunteer today!

 

Bowling Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for dedicated volunteers to commit to weekly practices to serve as coaches and volunteers.

  • Bowling coaches will lead weekly practices
  • Bowling volunteers will assist with recording scores, managing lanes, and interacting with athletes. The Class A volunteer registration form and Protective Behaviors training are required.

 

Practices will be Tuesdays @ 6:00pm at Alley Gatorz, 2606 NE Waldo Rd, Gainesville, FL 32609.
