Project Description:

Foster, give a vulnerable animal a second chance at life:

With expert support, veterinary resources and free food, fosters provide loving, temporary homes for Gwinnett Animal Welfare’s most vulnerable residents.

This often includes pet who are:

Recovering from illness or injury

Pregnant, nursing, newborn or bottle-fed

Struggling to trust people

Displaced by natural disasters

All Fosters need to be at least 18-years of age and have approved background check and liability waivers on file prior to being able to Foster.

All Gwinnett County volunteers are required to agree and complete the waiver/release and consent forms before participating in any volunteer project or event. Please download, print, and fill out the required consent form. E-mail your completed waiver/release and consent form to the Event Organizer for approval.
