Client Engagement Fellow

Position Summary:

·         Aid client services by helping community members access campus resources. 

 

Primary Job Duties:

1. Maintain a working knowledge of available community resources. 
2. Link clients to transportation services through MAAP Point driver or bus tokens as needed.
3. Provide administrative assistance by taking phone calls and answering general inquiries.
4. Stock essential supplies as needed throughout the Contact Office, MAAP, and showers.
5. Build rapport with clients through an uplifting and positive attitude.
6. Assist staff in facilitating showers and laundry services.
7. Aid clients access emergency clothing through our clothing closet.
8. Coordinate with volunteers about maintaining an organized environment in the clothing closet.
9. Support client interaction with the Contact Office by making mailing services accessible.
10. Provide emergency clothing as needed.

Secondary Job Duties:

1. Display a willingness to learn and seek ongoing training toward professional development.
2. Other duties, as relevant and assigned by assigned supervisors.
