Service Project Details

YWCA is seeking bilingual volunteers to work with adults one on one to improve their English skills at our Greenbridge Learning Center in White Center. Volunteers will set the schedule with the participant, so times can be flexible, during Greenbridge business hours.

No formal tutoring experience required. Volunteers must have a passion for empowering the lives of others, be fluent in English and at least one other language, have good communication skills, and be over 18 years of age.

Onboarding for this role includes a criminal background screen, sign confidentiality and relationship forms, and volunteer interview questions.
