Service Project Details

Fit Together Gwinnett is a family-centered wellness program hosted by Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta - Strong4Life’s child wellness experts in partnership with Live Healthy Gwinnett. Fit Together Gwinnett is for children ages 6 to 11 who have been referred by their doctor to participate. The program takes place at Rhodes Jordan Park in Lawrenceville, where volunteers will play a key role in ensuring that the children will not only have tons of fun, but also help them learn skills to build healthy habits for life. Participants will engage in mentally and physically stimulating group games, cooking classes, sports, nature walks, and more!

Our program is held three times per week and follows the same weekly schedule of:

Tuesdays – 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Thursdays – 5:00pm to 9:00pm
Saturdays – 12:30pm to 3:30pm
